REFUND POLICY

At The Riwayah, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a refund or exchange under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

Customers can request a refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The product must not be damaged, altered, or worn
  • Original packaging (if any) should be intact

Unstitched Products

For unstitched items, refunds or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product has not been cut, stitched, or altered in any way
  • The fabric remains in its original condition

 Any cut or stitched fabric will not be eligible for refund or exchange

Stitched Products

For stitched items, we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

  • The product received is defective or incorrect

 Please ensure you review size, design, and details carefully before placing your order

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

We will review and offer a replacement or refund accordingly

Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within a few working days
  • The amount will be returned via the original payment method or agreed alternative

Shipping Costs

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • In case of exchange, additional shipping charges may apply
